The Northern Plains Commerce Centre (NPCC) is a premier industrial, distribution and technology park with immediate access to road and rail transport located in Bismarck, North Dakota. The NPCC allows companies to improve their ability to efficiently distribute products within the North Plains region and globally. Industrial expansion sites are available from five to 180 acres. The facility offers both rail and non-rail served sites.
Located adjacent to the Bismarck Airport, the NPCC is home to a 100,000 square foot manufacturing support facility for Bobcat Company and the NPCC Transload Facility. The transload facility offers rail to truck reloading, trucking and storage services allowing non-rail served businesses to take advantage of long haul cost savings by using rail. The NPCC Transload Facility provides door to door services for customers who traditionally would not have access to a rail siding or the labor and equipment to load or unload the railcars at that siding. Trucking, storage and warehousing services are available at the origin and destination points. These freight services are an integral component of supply chain logistics. Such capabilities allow manufacturers, distributors and agricultural producers to compete in the global economy by improving opportunities for strategic sourcing, exporting and access to markets To learn more about the Northern Plains Commerce Centre, click on the FAQs, NPCC site, and facility layout buttons to the left.
