The Northern Plains Commerce Centre (NPCC) is an industrial, distribution and technology park with immediate access to road and rail transport to be located in Bismarck, North Dakota. The NPCC will allow companies to improve their ability to efficiently distribute products within the North Plains region and globally.

Located adjacent to the Bismarck Airport, the NPCC offers rail to truck reloading services, storage, intermodal services as well as shovel ready construction sites for companies to locate or expand their businesses.

The transload facility provides a place where freight is loaded from railcar to truck or truck to railcar. This facility provides door to door services for customers who traditionally would not have access to a rail siding or the labor and equipment to load or unload the railcars at that siding. Trucking, storage and warehousing services are available at the origin and destination points.

These freight services are an integral component of supply chain logistics. Such capabilities allow manufacturers, distributors and agricultural producers to compete in the global economy by improving opportunities for strategic sourcing, exporting and access to markets
